We take you through a structured process (U-process) that blend cutting edge personal transeformation tools, weekly action, and personal and group coaching. Who is this personal pathfinder course for?

This course is for ambitious leaders and individuals who have a desire to do something meaningful with their lives and become the best version of themselves.


For some, this can mean excelling on the job while for others it may mean starting or creating a radically new career path. For all, it means connecting with their highest, most authentic selves and living a life aligned to who they are on a daily basis.

What kind of support will I receive during the course?

You'll have access to all the course material as well as eight group coaching sessions. Each cohort is limited to maximum 10 people to ensure that there is sufficient attention and time for each participant.


You will become part of a cohort online chat group, which will further maintain momentum and help answer questions you might have.

How can I manage the time commitment for this course with my busy schedule?

We understand that balancing work, family, and other commitments can be challenging. That's why the course is designed to be both efficient and flexible.


The minimum time commitment is a 60 minutes group coaching session each week. In addition, it is recommended that you spend 30-60 minutes during the week to reflect on the assignment after each coaching call.


If you are unable to join the group coaching session, you can watch the recording at a convenient time.


The course is packed with strategies to enhance productivity and save time, ensuring that the time you invest is well spent.
